I checked the scale this morning and I'm back to 170. *sigh* I haven't been walking at all compared to last year.
One side effect of one of my meds is sudden weight gain. I guess it changes my metabolism. The gazpacho I made this week should help a bit. |

Because of CON and several parties and a lack of walking I've gained about four pounds over the last week and a half. I'm definitely getting some lake time in tonight or tomorrow. |
